Ontario... but I'm not there atm. My girlfriend moved to Toronto after highschool, and now lives in Ottawa. She recently turned 19 but has been going to bars for over a year and never gets carded. :x

Brak, what province are you in?? I find Ontario horrible with carding. Every club I go to no matter how old you look you still get carded. They also use those card scanner thingys to see if it's a fake id. So.. from what I've experienced, we're pretty up on enforcing our age limit.
